Just a kid that loves the Cinema;

“Kids” (1995)  Director: Larry Clark “When you’re young, not much matters. When you find something that you care about, then that’s all you got. When you go to sleep at night you dream of pussy. When you wake up it’s the same thing. It’s there in your face. You can’t escape it. Sometimes when you’re young the only place to go is inside. That’s just it - fucking is what I love. Take that away from me and I really got nothing.” Rating: ★★★☆☆ (Side Note- I like the feel of this film, it has a natural flow it kind of makes you feel like you’re watching a documentary of teenage youth. The acting is sometimes hard to watch - not because its bad but just because of the raw nature of the things the kids are doing. Kudos to Harmony Korine writing this when he was 18.)

It would a staged suicide attempt. Of course, your poor mother would have to find you and drive you the hospital, where you would stay for three weeks or a month for observation. “Evil Dead”  (2013)  Director: Fede Alvarez “Mia: David… please… please! You… have… to get me… out of here. [David goes to leave, but Mia grabs his arm] Mia: No! You don’t understand. There was something in the woods… and I think it’s in here with us… now. Rating:★★★☆☆ (Side Note - I know a lot of people hated this movie because they keep the original at heart, but i think that Raimi left it in good hands. I don’t know what he would have done better to equal his original masterpiece. I feel very strongly that Raimi’s input is in here. I think that the film was shot nicely, some of the acting surprised me, though it was nothing to special. The cinematography was beautiful to watch. If i could i would give this 3.5 stars. I had a smile on my face the whole movie.)
